AFPLS

Tech High School works in tandem with the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library to provide the maximum number of resources to our teachers and students. The following resources can be accessed online at the school's library, at home or at the public library.

Password: Each student must apply for and utilize their own library card to access resources. If you do not have a library card you can pick up an application in the Media Center, at the local branch, or online. Some sites require registration so that test scores can be tracked or progress saved. Registration should only be required once.

Test Preparation

Learning Express Library - Provides ebooks and practice tests for ACT, PSAT, SAT, AP, GED, and the ASVAB. Requires registration.

 TERC Testing and Education Reference Center - Provides practice tests, quizzes and study tools for ACT, PSAT, SAT, AP and ASVAB. Requires registration.

Georgia High School Graduation Test - A test preparation site for the GHSGT by American Book Company. English, Math, Social Studies and Science are available. EOCT tests are available for 9th Grade Lit, American Lit, Biology, Economics, Math 1, Physical Science and US History. Requires registration.

Biography Reference Center - Find images, audio, primary resources, articles and more related to historical figures.Requires AFPLS card number.

Literature Resource Center - Find full text articles, literary criticism, and reviews. Requires AFPLS card number.

Mango Languages - Similar to Rosetta Stone, it teaches language skills through interactive lessons. You'll need Flash on your computer to walk through the lessons. Requires registration.
